Overview:
Two grants will be established to support either individuals or teams. Eligible applicants will showcase their projects publicly during the event. Following presentations and a Q&A session, eligible voters will cast their votes. Grant recipients will be promptly announced at the event and receive their grants within one week.

此项目设定两个奖项。由申请者在活动当天现场进行演讲，为其公益项目进行说明。演讲结束后，于活动现场由有资格的投票人投票表决，当场宣布奖金获得者，并在活动结束1个周内发放奖金。

Eligible Applicants 申请者资质要求：

申请者资质要求：
 CAPA-TE会员家庭的青少年个人或者团体都可以申请。
 申请的个人或团体成员必须是T/E学区K-12学生。
Eligible Applicants:
 The applicant(s) must be current K-12 student(s) of T/E school district.
 Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the applicant(s) must be CAPA-TE members.

Funding of the Initiative奖励资金：

奖励资金：
奖金由活动赞助者和参与捐款人提供。共设两个奖项，一等奖和二等奖。每个捐款人认领 $30/ 人捐款额度，并获得一票的投票权。资金收集由活动通知发出后至现场演讲答辩会截止。获奖者评出后不再继续接受捐款。筹集办法如下：

Funding of the Initiative:
The grant will be funded through sponsorships and donations. There will be one main grant recipient and one runner-up. · Donors are encouraged to contribute a minimum $30 fund or more, with each donor entitled to one voting right.
The donation collection will commence upon the announcement of the event and conclude before the presentations. No donations will be accepted after the grant recipients are announced. The source of the funding is listed below.
 - Donors are encouraged to donate $30/person.
 - The collection of donation starts from the announcement of the event and ends before the presentation.
 - Donations will not be accepted after the winners are announced.

Eligible Voters 投票人资格界定:

投票人资格界定：
 凡捐款$30的参与者都将获得一票投票权。
 所有投票者都必须参加申请项目资助者的现场演讲答辩会，并于现场匿名投票。无法到场者，即默认自动放弃投票权。
Eligible Voters:
 Sponsors that have donated $30 or more for this initiative (one vote per individual).
 The voters must be present at the Fund Our Youth event to cast the vote anonymously. If the voter cannot attend the Fund Our Youth event presentation, the voting right will be forfeited.

Eligible Programs&Process 可申请项目类别和申请程序：

可申请项目类别：
对社会能产生积极影响的个人或团体推出的文化，公益，公民服务或创业项目。
Eligible Programs:
The funding gives priority to the charity, volunteer or research programs that make positive. impact on our society.
申请程序：
2月17日申请开始，申请和成为捐款人的Link见页面下方。截止日期4月17号。5月10日前发出邀请
受邀申请者将在6月1日的答辩会上进行现场演讲拉票，如无法出席则视为弃权。
其他申请者可以在答辩会活动期间做poster presentation。
现场演讲时间不超过８分钟，可回答问题2 分钟。
所有演讲结束后现场参与的符合资格的投票人立即进行投票，投票完成后宣布结果。
如有虚假信息并被举报，可以撤销。获奖者会在下一年度Go Fund Our Youth 活动中被邀请回来，对其项目资金的使用及产生的影响予以回顾。
The Process:
The application period begins on February 17th. Below are the registration links for applicants and donors. The deadline for applications is April 17th. Invitations to the final presentation will be dispatched by May 10th.
Invited applicants are required to present their projects/programs at the Fund Our Youth event on June 1st and solicit votes. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of eligibility.
Other applicants may exhibit their posters at the event on June 1st.
Each applicant will have a maximum of 8 minutes for their presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
Voting will commence immediately after all presentations are concluded. Grant recipients will be announced following the completion of voting.
In the event of reported and verified fraud, funds will be revoked. Grant winners will be invited to the Fund Our Youth event in 2025 to assess grant usage and community impact.
The program committee will review all applications and extend invitations to qualified participants for final in-person presentations before May 10th, 2024. Other participants will be invited to present posters on the same day.
