CHS Expansion Project
The
District has an on-going goal of ensuring that District facilities are adequate
to deliver both current programs and forecasted new programs for District
students. As a result of increasing student enrollment, the District is
conducting a study to determine the degree to which the current Conestoga High
school facility will continue to be sufficient for the needs of the educational
program now and in the future. One of the District goals for the 2018-2019
school year is to determine feasibility for the expansion of Conestoga High
School.

CLASS PARENTORGANIZATIONS
Each
grade level at Conestoga has a Class Parent Organization which meets at the
school on a monthly basis from 9:30am-10:30am. This year the class
meetings will be held virtually and the Parent Chair will provide the link to
the meeting. The meetings are led by the Class Parent Chair and include reports
from Dr. Meisinger, the Assistant Principals and counselors from the Student
Services Center who discuss school activities as well as class specific
information. Current volunteer opportunities are also presented by the
Volunteer Coordinator.
Each
Class is responsible for a particular school activity or activities during the
year such as Service and Leadership Evening, Career Week, Reflections and
many evening receptions.
Parents
who would like to receive email reminders about class and school activities
should contact the parent chair to be added to the class email lists.
